The breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of options and made-to-order omelets.

I encountered rude reception staff and the noise levels from outside were quite disruptive.

Exceptionally nice setting, really close to an awesome bakery down the hill, the city centre and a suitable eatery. Also, near the coach station to get back to Munich airport. The a la carte restaurant on the premises.

The hotel provides a friendly service.

The coffee machine and kettle provided in rooms add a nice touch for those late-night cravings. Free parking available, a bonus for those driving in.

Staying in the basement can be a real downer. Dark, damp, and a tad spooky. Noise from outside the room is a persistent issue, particularly with car doors slamming and conversations blaring right outside. Several rooms lacked basic items like coffee capsules and toiletries, leaving guests scrambling. Housekeeping fell short on cleanliness too, with unwashed utensils and not properly sanitized washrooms. The restaurant service dragged on for unreasonable lengths, with wait times pushing close to an hour for dishes that eventually lost their appeal.

The 24 hours sauna was a dream

Units with 1 queen bed. Location short walk to the coach station. Plus, very close to Fort Safranberg.

Chur, the location was sweet as for getting back to Munich airport, but we struggled a bit at check-in. The spa area could've been bigger-felt cramped when busy as.

Consider asking for a coffee capsule replacement during your stay .

With a breakfast price of 15 Euro I would have expected a selection of black teas and not only in tea bags

i had a lovely stay enjoying the comfortable bed and generous breakfast options, which filled me with energy for my city explorations, as it was just a short stroll to landmarks like the historic ulmer munster and the beautiful friedrichsau park.

The bathrooms are not suitable for adults. 8 Euro parking fee per day with the room prices I find unreasonable

I stayed in a Comfort Double Room Plus and the service was amazing! The breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of choice including freshly made eggs and omelets. The room was tidy, quiet, and even had a coffee machine with a kettle, perfect for late-night cravings.

No air conditioning.

The staff was very nice and courteous.

The hotel is not 2,4km from the centre but much further. At the time of the trip a seminar was held, which would have been okay for a youth hostel, but not for a 4 star hotel. The room was small and not according to the hotel category.
